JOYFUL NOISE MUSIC & MOVEMENT
Join us for a weekly music and movement class, taught ‘mommy and me’ style (6m to 4yr) every Friday at 9:15 am. Little ones will play bells, maracas, drums, and shakers as we learn the basics of beat and pitch. Plus, we’ll play with parachutes, dance, and work out our wiggles in fun and exciting ways. Help us encourage all of God’s children to make a ‘joyful noise’ to the Lord of the Universe, who created music and all of us! Psalm 98:4: Make a joyful noise unto the LORD, all the earth: make a loud noise, and rejoice, and sing praise.
MAPS: MOTHERS AND PRE-SCHOOLERS
MAPS is the ultimate Mom Meet-up. We meet in Fort Pierce at Trinity Lutheran Church. Come experience fun, Christian fellowship, love, and support as moms help fellow moms be the best moms they can be… all while their preschoolers play quietly beside them. During this time of Covid 19, we are meeting outdoors on the patio so everyone will be safe. MAPS meets on scheduled Tuesdays of the month (check the event calendar on this website) during the school year from 5:45 – 7:00 pm and is off for the summer.
TLC Kids Time
After the Gospel Reading, children are invited to join Mrs. Christie for time of learning and fellowship that meets them on their level. To participate, head to the back of the Sanctuary during the Hymn of the Day. Kids will rejoin the rest of the Congregation during Communion. Family Game Night
Family Game Night is the 3rd Thursday of the month at 5:30 PM. Bring a board game (or play one of ours) at this all-ages game night. Dinner is provided. Check the church Facebook page (Church Facebook) and church calendar (Church Calendar) for monthly theme and dinner information.
Animo Club
Amino is a Bible Verse Themed ‘living deck’ card game (similar collectibility and playability as Pokémon).
Animo are fictional creatures that represent the battle that wages in our hearts and minds each day. Animo cards embody specific virtues, disciplines, character traits, and in some cases, sins from scripture.
Each card is equipped with a unique character and a specific Bible verse which either reinforces good behavior (the Virtuous) or shows how to ‘defeat’ the bad ones (the Sinnies). In addition to the game, Animo are fun to collect and trade, and are also great resource for learning and memorizing scripture!
Each participant will get a free 12 card booster pack to keep and will be provided a 60 card loaner deck during club meetings. Kids receive additional holographic cards as rewards for completing the monthly Bible Verse Memory Challenge.
Weekly Chapel
Trinity and Open Arms partner together to provide children with opportunities to encounter the love of Jesus through Scripture and music in Trinity’s beautiful Sanctuary.
